An aerial bookcase with 3 shelves, present in the catalogue of the Galerie M.A.I. in 1952, to play with construction/deconstruction. It is composed of bronze lacquered steel wall uprights. The shelf supports are made of brass lacquered steel. The bookcase exists in two versions: shelves in clear, embossed, laminated glass or shelves in stained beech veneered plywood. Lamination techniques : clear, embossed, laminated glass is made of 2 glass plates, with one side ribbed lengthwise, and one smooth side. The 2 plates are superimposed by crossing them, thus giving the appearance of square embossing. This enables a better resistance and the absence of broken glass, which is dangerous in the event of breakage. The shelves are removable by slightly spreading the uprights on the sides.

THE CONCEPT : a repetition of uprights and shelves, decreasing in depth towards the right or left and also upwards, the volume of this shelving unit appears to reduce as if disappearing towards the ceiling. This effect creates a range of unexpected, interesting storage possibilities. The customer will decide whether to position the deepest upright on the right or left of their shelving unit at the time of installation. Back panels and side panels are ordered using separate references, but it is recommended that these be specified in the same colour; however the shelves may be either contrasting or even specified in an assortment of colours.

Bi-material wall shelf units available in 2 finishes and 3 dimensions. Wall shelf made up of a vertical support in solid American walnut with natural varnish and 1 satin black lacquered shelf or Wall shelf made up of a vertical support in varnished whitened solid oak and 1 satin green lacquered shelf. These three wall shelf units, each available in two finishes, offer multiple possibilities for wall decoration. These magnificent pieces of woodwork complete the Intervalle range, already available in the Ligne Roset collection with a bench, a dining table and a low table.
